Sales Negotiators, Senior Sales Negotiators and Managers

Responsible for their own database of Applicants, our Negotiators guide their customers from first enquiry right through to completion of a purchase. This process includes; advising potential Purchasers immediately a new property comes on to our books, accompanying Applicants to viewings, negotiating terms between the Vendor and Purchaser, liaising with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgagors, and other parties involved in the chain. Acting for the Vendor, we work as an intermediary to ensure all parties move with the minimum of stress and delay. Senior Negotiators also assist in the smooth running of the Sales Team and are trained to value and list properties, planning their marketing campaign and maintaining close contact with the Client. Managers retain ultimate responsibility for their Sales Team and co-ordinate their department accordingly, assisting in recruitment and training of Staff and also in business development.

Throughout the sales process we build close relationships with Customers and Clients and enjoy a great deal of repeat business. Suitable candidates will be articulate, have excellent inter-personnel skills and be able to thrive in a fast paced, target-driven environment. These roles are largely commission based in order to maintain an efficient, proactive focus but conscientious individuals who succeed in the Company have fantastic earning potential.

Lettings Negotiators, Senior Lettings Negotiators and Managers

This process includes; advising potential Tenants immediately a new property comes on to our books, accompanying Applicants to viewings, negotiating terms between the Landlord and Tenant, liaising with Inventory Clerks, Relocation Agents and Contractors. Acting for the Landlord, we work as an intermediary to ensure all parties move with the minimum of stress and delay. Senior Negotiators also assist in the smooth running of the Lettings Team and are trained to value and list properties, planning their marketing campaign and maintaining close contact with the Client. Managers retain ultimate responsibility for their Lettings Team and co-ordinate their department accordingly, assisting in recruitment and training of Staff and also in business development.

Lettings Coordinators

This position requires working in a support role for the very busy front office Lettings Negotiators, assisting in their progression of an offer through to a confirmed tenancy. Candidates should be comfortable in dealing face to face and over the telephone with Client's queries regarding the letting of their property. Formal training will be provided and Applicants will work toward and gain ARLA qualifications as part of this role. Candidates should be articulate, organised, well presented, flexible and thrive on the variety that this position offers, understanding at all times that we are a Customer Service based business.

Property Managers

Suitable Applicants will thrive on the responsibility of looking after Client's properties during tenancies making sure the properties, wherever possible remain in the condition in which they were first let. Organising all maintenance works with speed and efficiency, ensuring that repairs are carried out without delay and in a cost effective manner. This position requires a lot of liaison with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors who must be kept fully informed at all times. Applicants will be excellent communicators, organised, empathetic and be Customer Service driven.

Secretaries, Administrators, Accounts Staff and Weekend Staff

Over and above the normal expectations of Candidates in these roles we look for Applicants who are passionate about teamwork and are people who wish to add their contribution to the success of the Company. All Candidates should be Customer focussed, well presented, be articulate and have a high level of computer literacy.
