Colin Deer - Managing Director
I started my first job in a five-office independent estate agency in 1985, the day after I left school. After 6 months of making tea, photocopying & filing, I was promoted to Trainee Negotiator and then worked my way up the ranks in order to run the company’s top office at the tender age of 19. I later became the youngest-ever Manager at one of London’s blue-chip firms and moved into corporate estate agency, before setting up Chase Buchanan in 1994. As a long-standing member of the NAEA, I am also ARLA qualified.
Bradley Reece - Managing Director
My estate agency career began at the age of 22. Having initially worked for a strong independent agency in South West London, I went on to manage the flagship office within the group. I later moved into middle-management for a well known corporate agency; then up to senior management, where I ran a region of 22 offices and 100 staff. Completely disillusioned with corporate agency, I wanted to try things for myself and see if I could make a real difference in this most difficult of industries. Even now, I still get a huge thrill whenever we agree a sale or let and I'm just as passionate about Chase today, as I was when we first set up.
Sophie Matthews - Lettings Director
Sophie joined the team in 2001 and has been integral in the growth of our lettings business. She is extremely well known and highly-respected in the industry and is the ARLA Regional Council Member for Hertfordshire and Middlesex. Sophie is one of very few people in the industry to have attained a distinction in the first ARLA competency exams, and a merit in the second. Sophie believes all lettings agents should be appropriately knowledgeable and trained so that they can provide the best possible service.

Dusan Jaksic – Sales Director
Dusan began his working life at a well known firm of brokers in the City, before joining a family owned firm of independent agents in South West London in 1988. They were later bought out by one of the large corporate agencies and so in 1993 he went to work for another leading independent agent in the Richmond borough, running one of their top offices. Having previously worked with both Bradley and Colin, Dusan joined the senior management team at Chase Buchanan, in Twickenham, in 1997 and now oversees the running of both this and another office.
Michael Peacock – Sales Director
Mike wanted to become an estate agent from a very early age. Once he left school, after gaining a year's experience selling desks and photocopiers, with driving licence in hand he joined a small independent estate agents in Surrey. Nine months later, he moved to a South London agency, where he started working with Colin Deer. Mike joined the team in 1995 and having worked at Twickenham initially, he opened up our St Margarets office which he very successfully runs, whilst also overseeing one of our other sales offices. Mike is not only part of the senior management team at Chase Buchanan but also part of the local community.
