Professional bodies:
Chase Buchanan are long-standing members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), the Ombudsman of Estate Agents (OEA), and the Guild of Professional Estate Agents (GPEA).
As such, we are governed by a strict code of practice which we rigorously abide to and our customers and clients are offered a dispute mediation service, should any problems arise. Membership is voluntary but we believe it is essential that the public can distinguish the serious professional agents from the 'get rich quick' brigade.
As further regulation of our industry is introduced we continue to be a part of the driving force behind tidying-up the profession. We recently became members of the new Tenancy Deposit Scheme and the OEA's Home Information Pack Redress Scheme.
