For many years we've been building strong relationships with Solicitors to assist our buyers and sellers in keeping their move simple, cost-effective, and running to time.  There are some delays which are unavoidable; however, most can be predicted and we use our experience to pre-empt this by hitting any potential hurdles head-on. When an Estate Agent works together with the Solicitors acting for the buyer and seller the transaction usually keeps momentum, reducing stress-levels and additional costs.

We don't pretend to have an ‘in-house conveyancing department' and we don't recommend ‘conveyancing factories'. Quite simply, we put our customers and clients in touch with the area's best Solicitors, who offer a good-value service and who answer the phone when we need them to!
