We are able to manage a portfolio of any size; for example, one of our clients has a portfolio of over 55 properties situated locally. We also have a number of clients with portfolios of 5+ properties and have helped many private investors grow their portfolios organically.

One of our dedicated Property Managers will work closely with a Portfolio Landlord to ensure the best possible service is provided and that they can concentrate on their core business, whilst we handle their investments.

We offer a one stop shop: we can find you a property to purchase for investment, arrange finance for you, oversee the conveyancing, find you a suitable tenant and manage the property on your behalf. We are also happy to view properties for investment, even if you are not purchasing through us. We would advise on viability, price and location - we believe this to be a unique service.

Chase Buchanan are able to assist existing or potential landlords through our partnership with Aston Mortgage Solutions. Aston's have access to the very best schemes available for buy-to-let investors. Based in-house, they are never too far away to give advice.
