Through our membership of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents (GPEA) we put you in contact with strategic partners of theirs in your preferred location. These partners are vetted by the GPEA to ensure professionalism, integrity and local expertise. It is they who will guide you through the legal processes within that particular country and advise you on local attractions and facilities.
Properties advertised in the International section are typically new-build villas or apartments, located on stylish developments. Inspection trips, which are essential before committing, can be organised directly with the local marketing agent.
